Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga with more passive floor-based poses that are held for longer periods of time; about 3 to 5 minutes, or maybe more. The practice targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones, and joints of the body. Yin is a great complement to the more active and dynamic styles of yoga. Suitable for all levels and those looking to slow down and go within, beginners welcome. We recommend dressing comfy and cosy, in layers that can be added or taken off. eg socks and jersey
