Service Description

Explore the ways in which yin may hold the key to deeper relaxation and spaciousness within your body, mind and breath. Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga with more passive floor-based poses that are held for longer periods of time; about 3 to 5 minutes, or maybe more. The practice targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones, and joints of the body. Yin is a great complement to the more active and dynamic styles of yoga. Suitable for all levels and those looking to slow down and go within, beginners welcome. We recommend dressing comfy and cosy, in layers that can be added or taken off. eg socks and jersey

Yoga | Pilates | The b. class® Cancellations within 4 hours prior to class commencing may incur a late cancellation fee of $10. No shows will incur a $20 no show fee. Fees are payable in addition, regardless of membership type (except for drop in payments or class pack pass, these will become void)
