Service Description

"Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit." - Joseph Pilates. With an emphasis on building core strength and stability, Pilates aims to 'strengthen and lengthen' the whole body. A low-impact form of resistance training, the Pilates method is based upon the principles of concentration, control, center, flow, coordination and breathing. During the class you will activate and work muscles you may never even realised that you had but will also leave feeling more mobile, balanced and perhaps even taller! This is a contemporary Pilates style mat class which will integrate creative sequences based upon the traditional Pilates exercises to keep each session engaging, challenging, and most importantly, fun! There is something in Pilates for everyone - come and discover what that specifically may be for you here on the mat!

Cancellation Policy

Yoga | Pilates | The b. class® Cancellations within 4 hours prior to class commencing may incur a late cancellation fee of $10. No shows will incur a $20 no show fee. Fees are payable in addition, regardless of membership type (except for drop in payments or class pack pass, these will become void)
