Your first time?


If it is your first time to class there is no need to be worried. Tall, short, young or elderly, yoga, pilates and dance are for every body type and everybody. We are all on our own journey to a healthier self. Our community is about building up and supporting each other in a non competitive environment.


Here are a few tips to get you prepared.


  • ​Light and comfortable active wear recommended for dynamic classes, comfy and cosy clothing recommended for Yin and Meditation classes.

  • Bring water and mat if you have them(We have some spares available) Blanket cushion or any extra favourite cozy props are welcomed in Yin.

  • Stay hydrated throughout the day and remember to rehydrate after class.

  • Aim to arrive early before class. This will give you time to sign in, get ready and introduce yourself.

  • Aim to stay present and listen to your body.

  • Do not force the body. Keep working to progress with correct engagement and alignment, but without being attached to the end goal.

  • Breath is the key to your practice. Aim to keep focus on a steady and even breath. If you find yourself holding your breath it is a good indication to pull back effort until you find a smoother breath.

  • Enjoy your class! No judgement or comparing. Your practice is about enjoying the journey as it unfolds

    Feel free to stay behind after class for some tea and connect with your new friends
